ACG (Association des Communes Genevoises)

Brand Identity: The visual identity was imagined from a disruptive vision of the heraldic reference of the 45 communes of the canton of Geneva. Inspired by the work of the famous artist Piet Mondrian, a pioneer of abstraction, to create a new and contemporary interpretation of the coat of arms from the canton and those of its communes. Reunited by the same graphic form, each municipality is recognizable by its specific colors. The global vision of the coats of arms gives the strong impression of cohesion proper to the ACG.

ACG presents itself today as an institution fully in phase with its time. This series of logos, beyond their primary use, was also conceived with a view to adapting them to the brands of the intermunicipal services: CIACG, GIAP and CIDEC.

Finally, this visual universe is associated with a typography from a foundry established in Geneva, which further strengthens the local anchoring of this identity.
